Chuck Sweet has been serving the lord since his conversion to Christ in October of 1977 at Bethany Temple. In 1982 Chuck’s pioneering spirit and his desire to disciple and train people led him to be part of the Four Square church planting team Marysville Washington. While serving on the board of directors, he also taught adult and children’s education.

Chuck once again took on a church planting task in 1984. This team was formed to plant a Four Square church in Arlington, Washington. Serving on the board of directors as well as a lay associate pastor & interim pastor until 1985 when he moved to the Everett Four Square church. In 1986 – 1995 Chuck was led back to the Marysville Four Square Church that he had help plant 4 years prior.

 In those 9 years he served on the board of directors for 3 terms was coordinator of construction, head usher and a home group leader. Chuck also taught adult & children’s education. In March of 1995 Chuck attended Storehouse Ministries International School of Ministry. He graduated a licensed minister and then was led to help The City of Refuge Christian Center plant their church in Marysville, Washington.

 Chuck is a member of Mountain View Assembly (formerly Woodside New Life Assembly)' and for 8 years he lead the home group ministry and  the ushers team as well. He also taught adult education and enjoys preaching when ever the opportunity arises.
